Shipping Information:
How long does it take to ship metal pegboard rack orders? It takes 3-5 business day usually. If shop load is high, turn around time can stretch to 7-10 business days. Back ordered item are 3-4 weeks.
What do I do if my metal pegboard rack order arrives damaged? Almost all shipment damage happens due to accidental mishandling of the pegboard racksby the freight company. Before signing the shipping papers, check the condition of the shipping cartons. If you notice any damage to the pegboard racks, mark the shipping papers accordingly before signing. If the pegboard racks are indeed damaged, this will help expedite the replacement process. If the garage pegboard rackproduct is damaged, call or email garagestud and we'll help you get a replacement quickly. Most often we'll ask you to email us a digital photo of the damage. Once we have your photo, replacement is usually quick and easy.
What do I do if I ordered the wrong pegboard rack? Call or email garagestud along with your order number. We'll ask you to return the item back to us at your cost. If the heavy pegboard racks arrive back in re-sellable condition, we'll issue a credit to your credit card accordingly.
What do I do if I need to exchange my pegboard rack? Call or email garagestud along with your heavy pegboard rack order number. We'll ship your heavy duty pegboard rack item right away and ask you to return the other item back to us at your cost. If the pegboard rack arrives back in re-sellable condition, we'll issue a credit to your credit card accordingly.
