Shipping Information:
How long does it take to ship metal pegboard hardware orders? It takes 3-5 business day usually. If shop load is high, turn around time can stretch to 7-10 business days. Back ordered item are 3-4 weeks.
What do I do if my metal pegboard hardware order arrives damaged? Almost all shipment damage happens due to accidental mishandling of the pegboard hardware systemby the freight company. Before signing the shipping papers, check the condition of the shipping cartons. If you notice any damage to the pegboard hardware, mark the shipping papers accordingly before signing. If the pegboard hardware is indeed damaged, this will help expedite the replacement process. If the garage pegboard hardwareproduct is damaged, call or email garagestud and we'll help you get a replacement quickly. Most often we'll ask you to email us a digital photo of the damage. Once we have your photo, replacement is usually quick and easy.
What do I do if I ordered the wrong pegboard hardware? Call or email garagestud along with your order number. We'll ask you to return the item back to us at your cost. If the heavy pegboard hardware arrives back in re-sellable condition, we'll issue a credit to your credit card accordingly.
What do I do if I need to exchange my pegboard hardware? Call or email garagestud along with your heavy pegboard hardware order number. We'll ship your heavy duty pegboard hardware item right away and ask you to return the other item back to us at your cost. If the pegboard hardware arrives back in re-sellable condition, we'll issue a credit to your credit card accordingly.
