Shipping Information
How long does it take to ship rubber flooring rolls? It takes 5-7 business day usually. If shop load is high, turn around time on cork rubber flooring can stretch to 7-14 business days. Back and special order items may take 3-4 weeks.
What do I do if my rubber flooring delivery arrives damaged? Almost all shipment damage happens due to accidental mishandling of the impact protective by the freight company. Before signing the shipping papers, check the condition of the shipping cartons. If you notice any damage to the guard protector, mark the shipping papers accordingly before signing. If the garage the rubber floor roll is indeed damaged, this will help expedite the replacement process. If the cork composite flooring product is damaged, call or email garagestud. Most often we'll ask you to email us a digital photo of the damage.
What do I do if I need to exchange my cork flooring rolls? Call or email garagestud along with your flooring roll order number. We'll ship you’re a rubber roll right away and ask you to return the other item back to us at your cost. If the rubber cork flooring arrives back in re-sellable condition, we'll issue a credit to your credit card accordingly.
